When it comes to camera phones, one company has made some of the best the world has seen. That company is Samsung, so let's take a look at three of their best camera phones currently available.

Samsung Tocco Ultra

What would happen if you took an 8MP camera, and a sumptuous interface, but gave it a slide-out keyboard, and unbelievably, made it thinner than its predecessors? You'd get the gorgeous Samsung Tocco Ultra, one of the prettiest phones Samsung have ever made. It really is quite astounding that, despite being thinner than the Pixon 12, the Samsung Tocco Ultra manages to squeeze in that beautiful keyboard. If amazing looks (with superb features) are what you seek from a phone, then the Samsung Tocco Ultra is perfect for you.

Samsung Pixon 12

There's a phone out there that tops every other camera phone in existence, though (at least, for still images): the Samsung Pixon 12. The Samsung Pixon 12 follows the design ethos of having a touchscreen-only interface (the TouchWiz interface), squeezed into a slim body, but it ups the ante with a superb 12MP camera. It also has HSDPA, making it a truly portable internet device. Put simply, the Samsung Pixon 12 is the smartest non-smartphone in the world, and it's largely down to the interface. TouchWiz gives the Samsung Pixon 12 a user-friendly and sleek interface, and it is designed to be simple and intuitive.

Samsung i8910 HD

As nice as the Samsung Tocco Ultra is, however, it's overshadowed by its 'big brother', the Samsung i8910 HD. There's a very good reason for that. Whilst it, like the Samsung Tocco Ultra has an 8 megapixel camera, the Samsung i8910 HD is also the first phone to record true 720p HD video. Never before has a phone been able to capture video at that massive high resolution, and coincidentally (or is it coincidence? Maybe not…), the Samsung i8910 HD captures high-def video at the exact quality that Youtube display high-def videos at. It's very possible that the Samsung i8910 HD was designed with its main feature being the ability to get yourself on Youtube, in high-definition. And while the Samsung Pixon 12 has a 12MP camera, there's not a noticeable difference in image quality from 8MP, and the video on the Samsung i8910 HD easily surpasses the Pixon 12. Now add the sumptuous 3.7 inch screen, and a huge 8Gb of internal memory, and it's very clear that the Samsung i8910 HD not only shows the difference between feature phones and smartphones, but also, is one of the best phones ever made!
